This allows the Dial My Tech technician to diagnose or correct problems without ever coming to the location of your computer.

Dial My Tech does not use the Remote Access software to access and control your computer without your consent and we request that you remain present when our technicians are doing so.

Dial My Tech technicians are trained in the use of this software and we take steps to limit access to confidential or sensitive information stored on user computer or network, avoid deliberate destruction of information on user computers or networks, and help avoid system problems. Dial My Tech maintains specific internal policy and technical controls to limit how and whether our remote access tools may be used to assist you.

DIAGNOSTIC TOOL:

Dial My Tech uses some online diagnostic tools that may collect a wide variety of useful information about the state of a computer system and your applications. This information is communicated to Dial My Tech using security technologies over the Internet. Dial My Tech analyzes this information to help diagnose and solve end-user problems. The Dial My Tech diagnostic application is not designed to collect sensitive information including information such websites visited, e-mail messages, e-mail addresses sent to, passwords, profiles, etc.

Use of the Remote Access and Diagnostic applications may be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective software license agreements.

LIVE HELP SESSION RECORDS:

Dial My Tech reserves the right to monitor and record on-line and off-line sessions between users and Dial My Tech technicians for quality control and service-related purposes. Some uses of this type of information include improving the Service, building a support knowledge base and conducting internal market research. We do not correlate session record data used for these purposes with personal information.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if Dial MyTech's service has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 7 days of the purchase. You are entitled to receive 100% of your money back in case we are unable to solve even one your computer related issues to your satisfaction, or not solved within the time frame promised to you. You must apply for this refund within 30 days of purchase. In order to issue the refund, you are required to send a mail to support@dialmytech.com with your name, email address and the reason for refund. Notwithstanding this, Dial MyTech may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer (Partial refund).

If �Client�does not respond to the clarification request / change feedback / content for the website or even do not reply to the email where �CLIENT�inputs are required, Dial My Tech Inc. will wait for 15 days and any delay due to such situation will shift our project end date as well . if Dial My Tech require any query/input �CLIENT� will have to respond within 15 days if �CLIENT� reply on more then 15 days then �CLIENT� will have to pay 30 % (Penalty)of total amount once penalty will be paid only then Dial My Tech will continue the project. To Avoid hindrance for the project Kindly Communicate on time. Payment is nonrefundable unless Website/Project takes long delay.

If our hourly effort increases beyond the specified effort estimation due miss communication or delay in client response time, the above said hourly estimation will increase and client has to pay for extra effort made by Dial My Tech team.
